Mixed Nut Trail Mix

A super nutty snack packed with healthy fats to keep you fuelled.

Granola, nuts and popcorn are some of my favourite things to snack on. So why not add them all together and make a superpower snack!? Definitely give this a go if you’re looking for a fun new snack. Great for an on the go snack, mixed into yogurt, cereal or oats. Add fruit for some more sweetness or your favourite nut.

Versatile too – add your favourite nuts or seeds, oats or spices. You could even add chocolate chips in there after cooking too.

Ingredients

  • 200g Almonds
  • 100g Cashews
  • 60g Pecans
  • 50g Sunflower seeds
  • 20g Flaxseeds
  • 25g Almond flakes
  • Large handful of air popped popcorn
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, drizzle with the honey and spices then place in the oven for 10-15minutes or until golden
