Bring the brunch to you with this easy Shakshuka recipe.
There is something so great about a slow and relaxing weekend morning. What makes it all the greater is a delicious breakfast or brunch. Perfect when you have more time to make breakfast, have with all of your family or even a brunch Zoom, is that a thing? Full of flavour and super versatile, add whatever’s in your fridge.
Packed with veggies to get your day off to a great start, whats not to love?
I would recommend serving with crispy bread or pitta, to mop up all those juicy flavours.
