Green smoothies don’t need to be just for ‘detox’s’ and drank with your nose held. They can be a yummy breakfast or snack and a convenient way to get nutrients in!
Using frozen banana helps to make the smoothie thicker, but you could use normal too! Add any other fruit or vegetables you have in the kitchen or some of your favourites.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 dates
- 100ml water or milk
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth!
