Fruit Yogurt Bark

Looking for some new snack inspiration? Try this simple frozen yogurt bark. Easy to pick up if you’re looking for something sweet and can be made in bulk to save time! You could try adding different types of nuts, raisins, cranberries or a variety of berries.

Ingredients

  • 500g Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips 
  • 1 kiwi 
  • 3 strawberries 
  • 1 -2 tbsp granola 
  • One handful of pistachios 

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper 
  2. Chop the strawberries and kiwi into slices 
  3. Stir together the yogurt, honey and vanilla then add the chocolate chips and continue to stir until combined 
  4. Pour the yogurt mix into the baking tray and spread depending on how thick you would like the bark 
  5. Sprinkle over the strawberries, kiwi and granola then crumble of the pistachios 
  6. Place in the freezer for around 3-4 hours or until completely frozen 
  7. Once set, remove and use a sharp knife to slice 
  8. Can be kept in the freezer in food bags or wrap
