Pumpkin Hummus

Pumpkin season is here and I am all for trying fun new recipes! Combining my favourite snack with pumpkin seemed like an absolute winner – perfect for using up your leftovers.

Makes 1 large tub 


  • 2 roasted garlic cloves 
  • Juice is 1/2 lemon 
  • 1 x 400g tin chickpeas 
  • 400g pumpkin (flesh from roasted and puréed) or 400g tin) 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth. Add more water and seasoning as needed!
