Smoothies 3 Ways

Smoothies make a great breakfast choice or speedy snack! Quick, versatile and packed with nutrients, what’s not to love? 

Here are three of my favourite go to smoothies! 

Blueberry and Lemon

  • 125g Greek yogurt 
  • 120ml milk of choice 
  • 60g blueberries 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 

Chocolate Power Up

  • 250ml milk of choice 
  • 2 tbsp oats 
  • 2 tbsp coco powder 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 

Nut Berry Blitz

  • 250ml milk of choice 
  • 120g frozen raspberries 
  • 1 banana 
  • 30g oats 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
