Here are three of my favourite go to smoothies!
Blueberry and Lemon
- 125g Greek yogurt
- 120ml milk of choice
- 60g blueberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Chocolate Power Up
- 250ml milk of choice
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp coco powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Nut Berry Blitz
- 250ml milk of choice
- 120g frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 30g oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
