Stuffed Dates

Hands up if you love peanut butter?! Try with a date to satisfy your sweet tooth and add to your 5-a-day (portion of 3 dates).

These stuffed dates are one of my favourite snacks, so quick and easy.

Dates are a great source of vitamin A as well as dietary fibre and other essential vitamin and minerals. Try adding melted chocolate, chopped nuts or coconut to your dates too.


  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • Any extra toppings you wish


  1. Cut a slit along the side of the date, open up then scoop in peanut butter
  2. Dip into melted chocolate, nuts, seeds or coconut or any other toppings you like and dig in!
