Granola is one of my favourite go to breakfasts or snacks! And this homemade version is easy to make and adapt to your liking. It’s also pretty delicious.
Try serving with yogurt, milk and berries or simply grab a handful and snack on the go!
Ingredients
- 135g Oats
- 100g Pecans
- 100g Cashew nuts
- 100g Almonds
- 75g Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Method
I simply mix all ingredients together until all the oats and nuts are coated, place on a baking tray spread flat and bake for 35 minutes on a low temperature around 170 degrees centigrade!
