The perfect sweet snack that’s packed with flavour and nutrients to keep you fuelled! Quick and easy to make – give them a go.
- 220g medjool dates
- 70g pecans
- 2 tbsp coco powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Blitz the pecans in a food processor or strong blender until they are mostly fine
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined
- Shape into balls by rolling in your hands or on a clean surface
- Store in an air right container in the fridge, and enjoy!
