Peanut Butter & Chocolate Energy Balls

The perfect sweet snack that’s packed with flavour and nutrients to keep you fuelled! Quick and easy to make – give them a go.


  • 220g medjool dates 
  • 70g pecans
  • 2 tbsp coco powder 
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 


  1. Blitz the pecans in a food processor or strong blender until they are mostly fine 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined 
  3. Shape into balls by rolling in your hands or on a clean surface 
  4. Store in an air right container in the fridge, and enjoy!
