Lucy Walton

Lucy is a Registered Associate nutritionist passionate about ensuring that evidence based knowledge around nutrition and health is available to the public. Lucy’s love for nutrition began during her time as a competitive swimmer and developed into much more. Lucy has completed a degree in Nutrition and Psychology and has a strong interest in sports nutrition and eating disorders.

Lucy began sharing recipes and content on social media to debunk the fake news and make nutrition more accessible. Registered with the Association for Nutrition and the Nutrition society, Lucy continuously seeks to learn and develop throughout her career. Lucy has written a number of blog articles for nutrition professionals including Sinead Roberts and Katie Chunter.

Lucy believes in a balanced approach to nutrition, one which empowers individuals to lead happy and healthy lifestyles.
