A delicious chocolate bark that’s easy to make with festive flavours of cranberry and peacans. This chocolate bark would make a great addition to any festive spread or a lovely edible gift.
Ingredients
- 100g dried cranberries
- 50g glace cherries, sliced
- 85g pecans, toasted and sliced
- 50g walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 400g milk chocolate
- 400g white chocolate
Method
- Add the pecans and walnuts to a pan over a low heat for 3-5 minutes or until toasted
- Melt your milk chocolate either in the microwave using a microwavable bowl heating for 30 seconds, storing and repeat, or over a pan of simmering water in a glass bowl
- Pour the chocolate into a lined baking dish or tray and leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour
- Melt the white chocolate, using the same method as above, then mix with 3/4 of the cranberries, cherries, pecans and walnuts
- Pour the white chocolate mix on top of the milk chocolate and top with the remaining fruit and nuts
- Press the extra fruit and nut into the chocolate then place in the fridge and allow to set for 2 hours or over night
- Break into chunks and enjoy!
